Women's Health
Women's health refers to the branch of medicine that focuses on the treatment and diagnosis of diseases and conditions that affect a woman's physical and emotional well-being. We work with our female patients to treat and provide preventative care for women.
Annual Wellness Exams
The Annual Wellness Visit is you and your primary care providers best defense in preventing illness. Our Family Healthcare uses this yearly appointment to create or update a personalized prevention plan. This plan may help prevent illness based on your current health and risk factors. Keep in mind that the AWV is not a head-to-toe physical.
DOT Exam
If you are in the process of obtaining a license to drive a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV), you are required to get a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical. This exam ensures that you can safely operate a commercial motor vehicle. If you need a DOT physical, Our Family Healthcare can help.
We will fill out the appropriate paperwork so you can be one step closer to receiving your CDL license. DOT exams cost $105.
Well Child Exams & Sports Physicals
Well-child visits are a way for pediatricians and parents to serve the needs of children. This team approach helps develop optimal physical, mental and social health of a child.
What is a sports physical?
Also called pre-participation physical examinations (PPE), sports physicals are usually a part of registering youths for participation in a sport. Organizers generally require an evaluation for children to participate. Sports physicals cost $30.00 per request.
Medical Marijauna Certification
In the state of Maryland, any individual whose provider recommends medical cannabis as a treatment option for a qualifying medical condition is eligible to register with the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC) as a patient. Qualifying medical conditions include cachexia, anorexia, wasting syndrome, severe or chronic pain, severe nausea, seizures, severe or persistent muscle spasms, glaucoma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or another chronic medical condition which is severe and for which other treatments have been ineffective.

A vaccine, or immunization, schedule lists which vaccines are recommended for different groups of people. It includes who should get the vaccines, how many doses they need, and when they should get them.

Yes, parking is located in the front and rear of the building.
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for completion of sports physical forms. The appt. usually takes 30 minutes. There is a $30 cost per sport/physical form completion.
